AiM Patch Cables With 3.5mm Microphone Input
The original AiM SmartyCam (2009-2013) and new SmartyCam HD V 2 / SmartyCam HD GP all have an internal microphone for great racing sound, but it does limit your sound options. This special cable has a 3.5mm mono jack for an external microphone. The input from this jack automatically mixes with the sound from the SmartyCam internal microphone.

The 7-pin 712-type connector plugs into the CAN port on the original AiM SmartyCam. A 5-pin connector on the other end connects your SmartyCam to your AiM data logger, SMC Bridge, etc. Measures 4M (13 feet) long. 3.5mm mono microphone jack is attached to the lead.
This cable is not compatible with the SmartyCam HD, which has a 5-pin plug.
